How to check du number
One number from a random website will not move a fault ticket. A result taken over Ethernet, on the du network, logged through the du app or Speedtest with the test ID saved, is evidence an agent has to answer.

Steps
- Connect one device with an Ethernet cable directly to the router.
- Turn off VPN and any other heavy device on the network.
- Run the du app speed test (or a test that stores a result ID) three times: morning, 8pm, midnight.
- Screenshot the result IDs plus your account number before you open the ticket.
- If the wired figure is under half your tier at midnight, that is a line fault - request a technician visit with those IDs.
